This describes exactly the mindset of our Head of Design, Mykola.

And you won’t find him hanging around some fancy hipster-like coffee shop in an oversize sweatshirt sporting a stylish beard. Mykola doesn’t care about the superficial. He’s got Nordic efficiency with a sense of what’s most important for next-level design versus what’s secondary.

Besides UX and UI expertise, Mykola is a great business analyst. He is capable of getting the heart of an idea by turning it into a Rubik’s Cube. This is why all the features in the milestoneBased platform have passed the hardest evaluation and selection process.

Mykola has years of past experience in tech in lead designer, UX/UI specialist, and product designer roles. He’s set the bar for great design with companies such as Applicature, Zokyo, Bridge Mutual and Letzgro.
